Finding Your Inner Strength: I love working out. After training underneath one of the top fitness instructors in AZ, I finally certified. I specialize in spin instruction and personal training for women. However, I do and have trained children (older then 8) and also men. My goal is to make you feel beautiful. There is no rule that everyone needs to be a size 0. When people start to feel good about themselves there is a certain swagger, a twinkle in the eye and wonderful confidence that exudes from within.
